H2-Compatibility
RMA Pipeline Equipment is designed for safe and reliable use with hydrogen, completetd by smart measurement and control technology. Guidelines such as DVGW G406, which regulates the requirements for new gas fittings in H2 applications for gas transport, gas distribution and gas installation. In addition test programs have been developed in cooperation with the Technical Inspection Association SGS TÜV Saar to ensure the saftey we all need.
RMA fittings are hydrogen compatible. This applies to both materials or components as well as function (tightness).
For many years already, RMA is well-known for natural gas applications . Now, we used all our expertise to develop H2-compatible products. Knowing that hydrogen differs from natural gas in terms of chemical and physical properities, hydrogen can be handled safely. Hence, hydrogen can be used as an energy carrier or in chemcial processes.

Ball Valves
HKSF
HKSF is a ball valve of the soft sealing type (gasket material NBR) up to pressure rating PN 40 in flange or with weld ends.
HKSF-W
A ball valve primarily of the metallic and secondarily of the soft sealing type, completely welded, complete flow-through, tested as part up to pressure rating PN 150 / ANSI 900.
HKSF-SB Splitt Body
A ball valve with a flanged body with a flange connection or weld ends for pressure ratings up to PN 250 / ANSI CLASS 1500.

ASR
A metal-sealing gate valve, housing completely welded with oil filled up to pressure rating PN 100 available.
KSR
Robust cam slide, fully welded, for blowing out gas lines, available up to pressure rating PN 100.
DSR
Robust rotary valve of the DSR series, fully welded. Dust resistant shut off valve for installation in gas lines or for blowing out in street caps.
